Owned timelines, budgets, and deliverables across client portfolio programs. Drove $570K+ in cost savings through asset optimization, held a 98% monthly reconciliation accuracy rate, and trained 30+ staff into a 30% efficiency gain.
Launched process changes worth a 15% efficiency lift and cut budget variances by 10% by leading a financial data evaluation project and presenting the recommendations to stakeholders directly.
